Music Lessons (beginner to professional level)
$120 per hour
$90 per 45 minutes
$60 per half an hour
Learn with a legitimate real professional musician, audio engineer, professor of music that studied at: Berklee College of Music, Music Conservatory of SUNY Purchase, NYU Film Scoring Program, worked on compositional work on Dora the Explorer, Coen Brother Films, Disney TV Shows (i.e. Disney's Shake It Up!)
The following is all included for a ONE HOUR LESSON AT THE REGULAR RATE
lessons at any length of time under one hour does not include all of the services listed below and therefore student and or guardian must check to see what is included for their lesson and what is additional.
•One on one lesson prep and practice assignment to prepare for following lesson for student and created specifically for student individual needs
•One on one google classroom account for student to submit practice work/recordings etc. in advance prior to next lesson and to reach me between sessions with any questions.
Also supplemental learning materials i.e. videos and worksheets and packets (made specifically for each student by teacher ☆☆PLEASE NOTE☆☆included only for one hour lessons packets for any lessons under one hour are an additional fee.)
•Parents also can contact Miss Carmen via text, voice or email at anytime.
☆lessons provided based upon proper professional educational assessment Please note: this assessment is normally charged additional for a professional assessment by a college professor and special educator. You receive this for FREE when you sign up for a semester of lessons (one hour lesson per week for four months.)
☆ student has access to professional music software normally unavailable to students.
☆student is provided online tools and an online classroom.
☆student is provided a proper professional educational evaluation in writing at the end of each semester and a written assessment at the start of music lessons (provided AFTER two lessons)

☆☆PLEASE NOTE 30 minute lessons are provided only to returning students at a discounted rate and to very young new beginner students. Special circumstances are provided on a case by case basis for student requiring a lesson for a length of time less than one hour.☆☆
A student that receives a lesson under one hour that is not a young new beginner student or special circumstances will not recieve lesson packets included with their weekly lesson. This is strictly for one hour lessons that are at the regular rate and meet weekly. All other lessons that do not meet once a week for one hour do not have the lesson packets included in their lesson rate.
☆☆PLEASE NOTE☆☆ ALL Lesson packets are an additonal fee for students that are not in a one hour lesson at the regular rate. The one hour lesson that includes the lesson packets MUST MEET WEEKLY. All other lesson packets are not included in the lesson.
For example
If you are a student taking a one hour lesson bi weekly, you will have to pay an additional fee for the packets that supplement the weeks we do not meet.
If you are a student taking a thirty minute lesson and are not a special circumstances or beginner young student (12 and under) you do not have a lesson packet included with your lesson rate.
Students that take a lesson of one hour per week at the regular lesson rate for a one hour lesson per week are the ONLY students to receive a lesson packet each week or according to their lesson needs.
Any other one hour lessons whether it be every other week, every three weeks or once a month MUST PAY AN ADDITONAL FEE FOR LESSON PACKETS
☆☆ALL LESSON PACKETS ARE MADE SPECIFICALLY FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL STUDENT AND FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL LESSON AND LESSONS FOR THE INDIVIDUAL STUDENT THIS IS WHY LESSON PACKETS TAKE TIME AND ARE AN ADDITIONAL FEE TO ALL STUDENTS THAT DO NOT MEET WEEKLY FOR ONE HOUR AT THE FULL REGULAR HOURLY RATE.☆☆

☆ each student is evaluated and then recommended for the length of session most beneficial to the student. Less than one hour is recommended only on a case by case basis and any Em C Education Online Packets are additional fee for students not in an hour lesson at the regular rate. (A Practice sheet for next class is included in all lessons.)

☆ students are re-evaluated every semester. Aka every seventeenth lesson which is one lesson per week for four months total for sixteen lessons.

MUSIC EDUCATION COLLEGE PREPARATION, CONTINUING EDUCATION, HIGH SCHOOL AP LEVEL MUSIC CLASSES FOR COLLEGE CREDIT (MUSIC PRODUCTION, AUDIO/SOUND ENGINEERING, SOUND SYNTHESIS, COMPOSITION, THEORY, JAZZ THEORY, FILM STUDIES, FILM, TELEVISION AND VIDEO GAME MUSICAL COMPOSITION LESSONS, COLLEGE LEVEL KEYBOARD HARMONY AND MORE)
$145 per hour

​☆UNLIMITED contact via text/phone/email and messenger service (via the online classroom for student and parent/guardian) in between study sessions.
☆taught by professor of music, music ed and audio engineering
☆lessons provided based upon free assessment (normally charged additional for a professional assessment by a college professor of music and special educator.
☆lessons provide work created by professor of music
☆☆Packets for individual student are ONLY for ONE HOUR SESSIONS ONLY NO LESSON PACKETS WITH LESSON RATE FOR ANY LESS THAN ONE HOUR SESSIONS.
ALL PACKETS MADE FOR THE STUDENT BASED ON THAT INDIVIDUAL STUDENT NEEDS AND TO HELP INDIVIDUAL STUDENT PROGRESS WHILE NOT IN A LESSON OR SESSION

Educational Advocacy
$350
Professional Educational Advocate will provide each student the following professional advocacy support:
-
provides a thorough review of all of student academic files, including Educational and Psychological Evaluation by the school and/or by a private evaluator (Miss Carmen does recommend for a thorough Educational and Psychological evaluation that the student has a neuropsychologist, educational psychologist or clinical psychologist perform the evaluation.)
-
Referral to neuropsychologist, educational psychologist and or clinical psychologist to perform evaluations for student if needed and or is requested by parent and or guardian
-
a thorough recommendation for parent and/or guardian in regards to what would be the best approach in how to advocate for the student to get the most support from their educational facility (public, private, charter school etc.)
-
contacts school administration on behalf of student and parents (guardians)
-
attends video conference
-
provides follow up phone call with client (parents and/or guardians)
-
provides additional follow up conference with school administration

Any further advocacy will require an additional assessment and re-evaluation of additional fees.

☆Educational Advocacy normally runs from about $400 to $2,000!
Offered at a fraction of the fees because Em C Education Online cares about each student.
